After spending most of the day waiting in hospital ER with my son (fractured wrist - he's okay), I'm sure I'm not alone in wishing this year to be behind us.
In fact it almost is!
In Australia, we're approaching Summer holidays (hence the beach snapshot below), but even in the Northern Hemisphere, the end of the year is an important milestone and chance to have a break.
That's why I'm prompting you now to prepare for some downtime on your blog, because the last weeks of December are hectic.
I don't expect success. I prepare for it.
