I should update you regarding that calculated risk we took on changing the ProBlogger Job Board to only allow registered Candidates to apply for jobs. Although it's still early days, the change appears to have been well-received and early results are promising with our average number of applicants actually increasing last week and the total number of registered Candidates
growing each week.
So, I would encourage you to take calculated risks with your blogging and try new things that may seem a bit frightening now, but which you know may pay off big time over the long-term.
There are risks and costs to action. But they are far less than the long range risks of comfortable inaction.
