Hi , How's your blogging week been? I've just returned from a family holiday and am feeling rested, relaxed and recharged. I really value opportunities to spend downtime with my family because I remember the first year of my blogging ‘career’ when I worked three jobs simultaneously and was studying part time – and blogged on the side. (More about becoming a ProBlogger here). I'm now seeing halloween decorations in the shops and adorning people yards (yes even here in Australia). And yesterday I even saw a Christmas cake display in the local supermarket, so you know the silly season is right around the corner. Now's a good time to start preparing for this and
consider Seasonal Traffic and How to Capture It for Your Blog. However, if you're assessing your monetization options at this time and wondering about creating a product, I
want you to read this week's article Before You Even Think About Creating Products, Think About This. The best preparation for good work tomorrow is to do good work today. – Elbert Hubbard

Today I want to share with you some of the things you should be doing right now, before you even think about what product you should create...

Scrivener is the go-to app for writers of all kinds, used every day by best-selling novelists, screenwriters, non-fiction writers, students, academics, lawyers, journalists, translators and more. It won’t tell you HOW to write—bit it WILL provide you with everything you need to start writing and…keep at it! And this won’t be your typical webinar where you learn a bunch of theory and then find yourself left to put the pieces together on your own. During this masterclass, you'll actually watch over Joseph Michael - The Scrivener Coach’s shoulder as he shares his screen and shows you exactly "how" to make Scrivener work for your own unique writing style.

Back in November of 2002 when I first hit ‘publish’ on my original (and short lived) Blogspot Blog I did so believing that this ‘blogging thing’, which I’d only just heard of, would be a bit of fun. I started for a number of reasons but in short it was curiosity and the hope of a new hobby and perhaps some new connections that drew me to it. At the time I was working three
jobs. Over time, through hard work and discipline, using the techniques I’m going to share with you in these courses, my blogs have grown from a hobby (some would say an obsession), to a part-time, then a full-time job, all the way through to a fully fledged business employing a team of people.
