If you're in the Northern Hemisphere, I'm a bit jealous that you're in the middle of Summer right now, as I huddle at my workstation on a cold, wintry day at ProBlogger HQ Melbourne, Australia.
I've just got back from a lunchtime walk and even though it's cold out there
I'm thankful for the chance to get up, stretch my legs and "bathe" in nature away from my digital devices.
