How are you?
Life has been very interrupted here in Australia - as it has been all around the world - with Covid-related lockdowns. As a result, I've found myself getting very distracted these days (and not just by kids schooling at home) with all the bad news and current events. One of the things I try to do when I feel like this is:
- reduce the number of things I have on my 'to-do' list so that I don't feel overwhelmed
- focus on just one or two important things, so that when I finish them I can feel a sense of achievement that helps motivate me for the next task
